(3) सं. 2223] No. 2223] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 8, 2026/VAISAKHA 18, 1948 CG-DL-E-08052026-272335 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026 S.O. 2314(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, number S.O. 1632(E), dated the 4th May, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the following Officers specified in column (2) of the Table to exercise the functions of the appellate authority under the said Code in respect of industrial establishments within the areas specified against in column (3) of the said Table, namely:— TABLE Sl. All Deputy Chief Labour Commissioners (Central) in Ahmedabad Region The State of Gujarat and the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.

4.

All Deputy Chief Labour Commissioners (Central) in Ajmer Region The State of Rajasthan.

5.

All Deputy Chief Labour Commissioners (Central) in Asansol Region The districts of Bardhaman East, Bardhaman West, Bankura, Birbhum and Purulia in the State of West Bengal.

All Deputy Chief Labour Commissioners (Central) in Bengaluru Region The State of Karnataka.

7.

All Deputy Chief Labour Commissioners (Central) in Bhubaneshwar Region The State of Odisha.
