www.dgms.gov.in dated: 24-06-2020 नोǑटस धा×वीय खान ͪ वǓनयम, 1961, के तहत, वǐरçठ और कǓनçठ ͬ चͩ क×सा परȣ¢ा, जो 23th, 24th, 26th और 27th माच[, 2020 को ͪ वकास भवन, डी.जी.एम.एस (मु॰), धनबाद, मɅ आयोिजत होनी थी, नोवल कोरोना वायरस बीमारȣ के कारण, अगले आदेश तक èथͬ गत कर दȣ गई थी। सभी संबंͬ धत अßयͬ थ[यɉ को यह सूͬ चत ͩ कया जाता है ͩ क, खान अͬ धǓनयम तथा उसके अंतग[त बने ͪ वǓनयम एवं आदेशɉ ɮवारा Ǔनधा[ǐरत िजàमेदाǐरयɉ का Ǔनवा[ह करनɅ हेतु धा×वीय खान ͪ वǓनयम, 1961, के ͪ वǓनयम 31 के तहत, आवæयक मेͫ डकल ͩ फटनेस Ĥमाणपğ के ͧ लए, DGMS (Tech) (OH) पǐरपğ संÉया 09 Ǒदनांक 22.6.2020, मɅ उिãलͨ खत Ǒदशा-Ǔनदȶशɉ का पालन करɅ। NOTICE The Senior & Junior Medical Examination under the MMR, 1961, scheduled on 23th, 24th, 26th & 27th March, 2020, at Vikas Bhawan, DGMS (HQ), Dhanbad, were postponed till further order to avoid the spread of Noval Corona virus (COVID-19) disease.
This is to inform all concerned, that they are to follow the guidelines mentioned in the DGMS (Tech) (OH) Circular No. 09 of 2020 dated 22.6.2020, for Medical Certificate of fitness, as required under Regulation 31 of the MMR, 1961, in order to carryout respective duties as per the Act and the Regulations and the order made there under.
