Summary

Central Government notification (S.O. 2319(E), dated 8 May 2026) issued under Section 100 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 directing that the Section 87(1) power to file complaints in courts for certain Chapter XIII offences (under sub-sections (4), (6) and (12) to (19) of Section 86) may also be exercised by specified Central Labour Commissioners within their jurisdictions.
