Summary
Addressed to all owners, agents and managers of coal, metalliferous and oil mines. Transmits the Gazette notifications made under rule 111 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules 2026, all published on 7 July 2026: the notice an employer must issue to the person to be examined and send to the examination authority [G.S.R. 605(E), rule 111(1)]; the form of the notice of periodical medical examination to be issued by a manager [G.S.R. 603(E), rule 111(2)]; and the form of the further notice a manager must give where the person failed to attend the medical examination without reasonable cause [G.S.R. 604(E), rule 111(4)].
