Draft rules notified as G.S.R. 930(E) on 30 December 2025 under Section 99 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, inviting objections and suggestions, and proposed to replace the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957 and the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Central Rules, 1946 following commencement of all provisions of the Code.
