Draft rules notified as G.S.R. 934(E) on 30 December 2025 under Sections 133 and 134 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, inviting objections and suggestions, and proposed to supersede several existing safety and welfare rules including the Mines Rules, 1955, Mines Rescue Rules, 1985 and Mines Vocational Training Rules.
