ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24A of the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015 (Act No. 11 of 2015), the President is pleased to appoint the Nominated Authority appointed under section 6 of the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015, to be the Adjudication Authority for holding inquiries and imposing penalties in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
2. The Nominated Authority shall, in addition to discharging its functions under the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015, discharge the functions of the Adjudication Authority under section 24A of the said Act
