Summary
This notification (S.O. 2354(E), 8 May 2026) specifies that all orders and decisions of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation shall be authenticated by the Director General or other authorised officers such as the Insurance Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Regional Directors, Joint Directors and Deputy Directors.
