This Jharkhand Gazette notification (S.O. 05, 27 August 2021) publishes draft state OSH&WC Rules under Sections 134 and 135 of the OSH&WC Code, 2020, superseding earlier Jharkhand rules on factories, building and construction workers, contract labour, inter-state migrant workers and motor transport workers, and invites objections within 45 days.
