Subject: Guidelines for preparation of training scheme — Corrigendum thereof.

Sir, Please refer to the DGMS (Legislative) Circular No. 01 of 2026, dated 25/08/2026, issued under Rule 157(1) of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central Rules), 2026, specifying the guidelines for preparation of training scheme by the employer of every mine for persons employed or to be employed in the mine.

A minor typographical error has been observed in the above referred circular, which is being corrected.

At para 3.5.1 of the circular, the sub-title "Initia/ Training (24)"shall be read as "Initia/ Training The remaining parts of the circular shall remain unchanged.
