DGMS (Legislative) Circular 06 of 2026 — Corrigendum to the training scheme guidelines
Summary
Addressed to all owners, agents and managers of coal, metalliferous and oil mines. Corrects a typographical error in DGMS (Legislative) Circular 01 of 2026 dated 25 August 2026, which specifies the guidelines for preparation of the training scheme under rule 157(1) of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules 2026. At paragraph 3.5.1 of that circular the sub-title "Initial Training (24)" is to be read as "Initial Training (30)". All remaining parts of the circular are unchanged.
